Had my car towed to the dealership for an engine related issue and walked out paying for service that was unrelated to my issue that the dealership caused. I was told that the tech was goinG to do a pressure test, but in my mind I was thinking diagnostic & they just mentioned the wrong name by accident, since I mentioned cylinder 5.

The experience was pleasant beginningwith my arrival. I was acknowledged immediately upon pulling into the bay. The attendant was friendly, responsive and exhibited good customer service skills-not found in many places today. The wait time was not as long as expected. I was summoned promptly, walked to checkout with the service representative accompaning me to cashier. The entire experience was pleasant. This is how you keep customers coming back! According to my paperwork, my Service Provider was Victor Daniel. Excellent cstomer service skills.
