STONE MOUNTAIN, GA | 2021 GMC 1500 SierraAugust 12, 2025My truck is currently there at the dealership 4 weeks its still there.. check engine light came on for the 1st time sense i bought the truck. They replaced 3 things on the vehicle. Still lights on.. i dont get the promise call backs like im tild i have to call every day to follow up with my vehicle.. today was a prime example. Called 3 times after i was told i would be getting a call at 10am.. its 5:18 and still no feed back agter each day i get told it should be ready then they find out its not..so im expected to pay for parts that were put on to mu truck with know resolve.Response from John Miles Chevrolet Buick GMC

Though I didn't have an appointment, my oil change, tire rotation and fluid top offs were done quickly and I was on my way home timely. Note:I left my tablet in the cash out area and the rep phoned to let me know it was there. I live in Stockbridge and had to go back to Conyers to puck it up but was happy to know it was found and they held it until I picked it up-the same day.
