Need better communication , had to keep calling and driving to the dealership to find out the status of my car. The car was in on Monday had to do testing which was understood. I was told the parts was in so I assume the car would be ready Tuesday,never heard from anyone so my husband and I went to the dealership that's when I was told the technician had to leave.
Didn't get a call on Wenesday so I called. Was told they was waiting on the warranty payment. Thursday afternoon no called so we decided to drive to the dealership again and my service technician wasn't in. Another lady told me that you all had been paided. 3 gentlemen was very helpful in assisting my husband and myself. All I needed was more communication. You all need to have the person that work on cars available if theirs questions. I had questions to ask and Mr. Victor and the other 2 men were very helpful. I know they have more customers to attend to also.
Just communicate more.

My husband and I had a great experience with John Miles Chevrolet.
We found the car we wanted online and so husband talked with the salesman and sales manager over the phone. We drove to the dealership Saturday to trade in my current car and purchase the new one and everything went very smoothly. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the car and the sales manager was very fair. Overall, we had a very good experience.
